Can I use a laundry basket for my first order?
Yes, you can use any form of laundry bags for your first order and in return, we will provide you with one free Purple Hamper bag. Please note that laundry baskets are slightly hazardous and there is a higher chance of losing socks or smaller items during transport. Please keep this in mind.
I am having trouble adding my card information. What should I do?
When entering your card information, make sure to use your first name and last name exactly as they appear on your card in the Name section. Avoid using initials or multiple names in either the first name or last name fields, as this will cause the card section to reject your card.
What's a turn around time between pickup and drop off?
Our turnaround time is 24 hours. Our pickup schedule is 7am to 10am in the morning, and we deliver your laundry back the next morning. Even your dry cleaning items will be delivered within 24 hours.
What type of machines do you use?
Our machines are state-of-the-art, designed with the latest technology to ensure that your laundry is handled with the utmost care and precision. The touch screen interface allows for easy operation, while custom programmable settings ensure that your laundry is done according to your specific preferences and needs.
Can I include comforters and blankets in my pickup order?
Yes, you can include comforters and blankets with your order. But keep in mind, these individual items, including comforters and blankets, will be charged separately.
What if my laundry has special needs, such as extra soil, pet hair, and stains?
Special garment care and common stain removal will be included for free in the monthly plan. If you have specific concerns or requests, please let us know, and we'll ensure they are addressed.
How are the machines sanitized between uses?
We take pride in being the only laundromat in the area that has installed an Ozone system. This advanced technology not only sanitizes and eliminates bacteria and viruses from each load of laundry but also ensures that our machines are clean and hygienic.
What type of allergy detergents do you use?
We exclusively use eco-friendly, free and clear detergents that are safe for both the environment and sensitive skin. We offer Meliora organic products and Tide's Free and Clear detergents.
